Designed for 8 guests, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with an island, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a child safety gate for the stairs, 2 cots, and 1 high chair. The highlight is the fantastic outdoor area with stunning bay views, several furnished terraces, a garden, and outdoor showers. Relax among Mediterranean plants and leave daily stress behind. Just around the corner, you’ll find a supermarket, a restaurant, and Cala Vadella beach only 100 m away. A path from the house leads directly to this beautiful cove, so you won’t need a car during your stay. There are 3 to 4 parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels are included. The property has an extra room with two additional beds (available upon request to the owner). Normal electricity use is 15 kW per day; if exceeded due to irresponsible use, the owner may charge an additional fee. No barbecue is available as the property is in a protected area, but there is an electric grill. One canoe can be provided. Parties are not permitted.
